Radha Stirling founded Detained in Dubai, the British based not for profit organisation to help foreigners abroad, regardless of their citizenship and regardless of their financial status. She campaigns for changes to the United Arab Emirates legal system to improve and develop the process of law in the UAE. Stirling was born in America, grew up in Australia and has lived in the United Kingdom for a decade, save for a year spent in California, USA. Her goal is to directly impact the development of international judicial systems. She works primary on UAE matters but has told she will be increasing her domain to cover other Middle Eastern countries. Radha regularly assists Journalists, Lawyers & Government Officials with their combined efforts to prevent human rights abuses, wrongful detention, disappearances & other abuses of justice. Radha attended Bond University Law School to further her skills. She became active in the Middle Eastern region when her colleague and friend was detained unlawfully. She drove the campaign that led to his release. Since then, others in similar situations have approached her, requesting assistance and from there, she founded the not for profit organisation Detained in Dubai and shortly thereafter, Civil & Criminal Justice Law Company. Stirling appears frequently on popular media such as BBC, Al Jazeera, Guardian and Bloomberg.〔http://www.radhastirling.com/Radha_Stirling/Media.html〕 ==See also== * Blasphemy law in the United Arab Emirates 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Radha Stirling」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
